This is My personal experience with the people inside of the tarlac branch Very rude ,Unprofessional office environment. The place was cluttered and it was kinda upsetting that this branch was more like a college partying spot than a bank. I give tarlac branch a ZERO out of 100. Won't do business with you PR SAVINGS BANK even if you have higher APR Taking my money to the next bank. Where a CUSTOMER is IMPORTANT
