We senior citizens and members are made to queue outside AFPSLAI during the noon break from 12:00 -1:00. Smokers who are waiting show no concern for us nonsmokers outside the establishment. Can't we be allowed to sit inside the office to avoid exposure to smoke from smoking Joe's and also pollution from vehicles passing the national road just at the front? We hope to be treated better.

it would be better to add their phone number on the website for easy access especially there are a lot of pensioners and other old ages wanted to know more about their benefits and claims.
