Very bad customer service! No service at all was given. The teller who I called did not try to help me. She even refused to talk to me many times, then she'll tell me to call again after two minutes then she will not pick up the phone. I tried to call many times but the phone cannot be reached anymore. Then when the same person picked up the phone and heard me, she cut me off and cut the line. Very disappointing! Very unprofessional

They have 7 counters for deposits and remittance. But only 3 tellers are serving the customers. And they are too slow. We came in at 3:20 PM. serving number B205. it is already 3:52 and they are still serving number B233. With 15 skipped numbers who are not in. They can't serve 50 persons within 30 min. Main reason was because of out of 7 only 3 tellers are serving

Worst service i have seen in banking. No flexiblities, teller are not friendly, as well as guard. Lining up is so tasking, you need to move every now and then over the line.. etc..

10.10 am ten woman running around and joking! No counter yet open 30people waiting!!! 10.14am first and only counter open:-( !! Waiting time for deposit 54min.!!!! Bad and arrogant

This BDO Branch does not even deserve a star at all 👎😡😠🤬👎. 1. Service is very poor. 2. They don't care about their clients' welfare. 3. Most of the counters are open but the tellers are way toooooooo slooooow 🤪. 4. The management does not even "find ways" to solve, why their tellers are slow in everything. 5. When 7:00pm strikes, everything becomes a magic. Suddenly, those slow tellers instantly become "fast" on their tasks. OVERTIME LANG HABOL NINYO KAYA MAKUPAD KAYONG KUMILOS. Hindi talaga service nasa puso at isip ninyo, kundi yung suweldo lang ninyo. Calling the attention of BDO Corporate Center 7899 Makati Avenue, Makati City. WALA PERSONALAN ITO.
