Perfect place for vacation and business

Earlier today, we left a bag at the bus that we we in. The bus is bound to Lingayen. I've searched the customer service phone number/ hotline in the web. I got like 5 number but no one answered my call. I manage to get a mobile number of thier customer service. I spoke with 2 employees, they asked for details such as bus number, ticket number and etc, in which I have provided. However I noticed that on my bus ticket there were only 3 numbers. The lady that I have talked to said that She will call me back pero hanggang ngayon walang feedback. I asked ate if she can call me back after lunch or to just give the number of the driver para ako na tatawag, kasi the items on the bag is very important. Kaso un nga 8:15AM kami tumawag 8:43PM na wala pa din tawag or txt.
