Already complained CLDH employee RYAN JAY D. P. for violating privacy act 2012 RA 10173, taking a video without my permission. This hospital should educate their employees, they are from HR pa naman. Very unprofessional. The privacy officer where I sent my email has no response and actions with this matter. We are all frontliners here, they must know this law.

moldy rooms, charges are high and unreasonable. friendly staff but not well trained. not recommended, they will just rip you off.

I came here 'coz my lower back badly hurts, first I came to a family doctor kaso mahaba ang pila and I can't tolerate the pain so I decided na pumunta sa emergency. And now I've been here for almost 4hrs. Wala parin akong napapala. They said I need to take pregnancy test, until now I'm still waiting for that PT for almost an hour and they can't even give any pain reliever. Nagpunta ako sa emergency coz I can't tolerate the pain, mali pala ako. Wala pa kong napapala

This hospital is useless, lack of communication to patient and cannot determine the real situation of a patient. We brought my Uncle due to stomach pain and nausea and all they did is endoscopy and administered pain medication. Which the pain medication doesn’t really help as my Uncle still suffers all the day. He was there for 5 days and they did nothing but give him Dextrose and pain medication. They did not really check him closely to figure out what was wrong. I will not recommend this place. All they do is collect money from you. Our bill was 67000 pesos but did find out what was the cause of my Uncles stomach pain. They did not cure anything or did not help my Uncle to get better.

The WORST! The people we encountered here during my uncle's confinement have NO COMPASSION, LAZY and IRRESPONSIBLE!!! KARMA is what you deserve! - especially the nurses in that ward. I hope you remember my uncle, Mateo Tolentino. We will NEVER forget u
