I get that you are not a scam because you’re really not. You are a legit company with ISO certification. The major problem here is your marketing tactics and your agents’ communication skills. Please change your approach when dealing with potential clients. Let your clients do some research and some thinking because you don’t just force someone to invest on something that they have no knowledge about or something that they haven’t thought through… especially ON THE SPOT while they thought that it’s supposed to be an orientation that requires just an attendance, not to have their cards forcibly swiped or their money grabbed just like that. Don’t harass your clients just for refusing or for choosing to think about it first. We have the right to decide and even change our minds when something seems off. And please don't attack your clients personally by using their personal information against them just for exercising their right to refuse or even changing their minds. They will lose respect for you, especially to the company that they are representing as. If we say no, it means NO. If you said 30 minutes of orientation, it should be in 30 mins or less, not in 2-3 hours just like what you often do to the people you are recruiting.
