Great place to stay if you are not a choosy person. Good accommodation also.

No front desk crew when i inquire. And the crew also doest know the their rates. You have to wait for the front desk to arive

I don't like the mean and rude assistant of the transient house. He don't know how to smile. I stayed their for about 6 days for a company training but i never saw him smiling. Poor service.

We stayed here since its affodable and were not looking for fancy accomodation..not choosy since were working. Budget friendly..800 pesos with wifi connection, heater in cr and bidet and shower. Quiet small bud the AC was good. With parking space. Cable tv and no cctv but its within the house so it was safe. You can ask for drinking water and hot water Its just an ordinary room and good for non choosy persons..whom like to have a place to stay only. You can ask Mang Boy, the caretaker for reservation.
