Request for NBI online is very convenient. I decided to pick the NBI clearance at Metrotown Tarlac and what I can say is maybe try to teach people what good customer service is. Not only that they dont seem to be pleased with people requesting for NBI clearance but also they are mean, disrespectful. positive side though, transaction was fast since i apply for clearance online(not sure about those who did not)
