Very good. Excellent LTO office very helpful staff. Cindy's are all there and sell French Bread, wonderful.

If you prefer a not so crowded mall this is the place. What's inside is a Robinsons grocery, a drugstore, some shops that are very affordable

You get to feel the old-school vibe type of malls during early 2000's

It's an okay Mall but a bit old for the present time. The government services such as NBI clearance is located here. Tip: make your payments online instead. Their payment line is too long! I did mine online (via GCASH) and skipped through the long line and went straight to biometrics without having to line up at all. Fast and easy! They establishment still requires faceshield as of writing. Half faceshield is okay.
