I always go here to buy Chillz and one thing I noticed is that they always tell you that it is not yet available when the queue at the counter is long and it instantly (if not magically) becomes available when the line is gone. And this happened like always. Like one time, we were buying Chillz and they said it's not yet available since the machine just started churning (line at the counter was about 6 people). So we went out and waited. After 10 minutes we asked again. They said now it's available, we said we're buying 4 of their large serving(php39). And they said, wait, they'll just check if the machine still has 4 servings. Not one of the 6 customers I mentioned earlier bought Chillz. So my question is, do they start the machine just to make 4 servings or less. If that's the case that's a total waste of time and energy and mighty stupid if you ask me. I'm not really familiar with Ministop prices but I think this place is a bit expensive. Tables are limited inside and while it offers outdoor seating, you get a ringside view of trashbins which are very unsightly. I hope you fix the way you serve your customers so ylu won't end up like the other Ministop in Tarlac city.
