Kservico - Guagua Branch

I was wanting to get a phone loan in there and applied last week monday. Then they said it won't take long before someone come to give me a C.I but it's been a week since they said that and we went there again today (january 28) then they called the guy again, and they asked me if im gonna be available the whole day, i said yes because i have work the next day. They told me that their guy is on their way and then we went back home to wait for whoever that guy is. And guess what no one came. My family is a good customer and then this is what I get? Slow and bad experience as a first timer from my family. Change my mind, i might change my rate to you people.
