not about the services and facilities available, but this hospital needs audit from internal staff, doctors, heads, oic's, for corruption, misuse of budget, govt reibursement claims to asset checks. no resolution, basically a blind eye for verbal wars, abuse in between staffs. exploiting designations and resources rampant within the ranks.the typical filipino working mentality. thriving corruption along with the usual politcal padrino system behind the scenes to cover tracks like the rest of govt agencies here in the phil covertjournal
