They provide good service but the person called DENVER is not very sympathetic and don't know how to deal with customers as if he's arguing with me when I called. I messaged them the night before my dog died and asking them if they have a medicine for my dog and no reply, I just want to make sure if they are opened so I'll be able to pick it up but I didn't get any, then he said "SO SINISISI MO KAMI?" those are his exact words, and I said, "No, kuya I am not blaming you I'm just saying that I thought you were closed then he said "NAGPUNTA KA NA DITO DIBA SO ALAM MO NAMAN 24 HOURS KAMI?" then I said, "Opo, I'm just having doubts that maybe hindi po kayo bukas but I am not blaming you po." What's done is done and that was around 9pm, walang magddrive for us then may sakit lahat ng tao, I am not blaming anyone but myself, I should've done more for my dog, she's with us for five years the hell I won't care for her? She had been part of our family and for that DENVER who said those words to me hurt me so bad, I didn't expect that an employee in a VET CLINIC won't even sympathize and won't have the heart to hear a wounded heart.
