I was inside your clinic to ask something that i need for my dog,.i was standing and looking around for about a minute, waiting for them to ask me what i need, but no one in your 3 staff inside is polite enough to give me an assistance, i was trying to talk to them but it seems their not listening because they are all attending 1 customer, so i just exited your clinic,,seems like you only care for your regular customer and not for the new one..so rude! All 3 staff attending for one customer and not minding the other, you only have 2 customers and you have 3 employee at that time..bad experience ever!!! Poor customer service

Just so disappointed how you treat my furbaby, she's an aspin and parvo patient, she was admitted there. I took her out a day after yes, but you know what made me think it was a great idea? Cause I see how your staff handle her while she has dextrose on. NO care at all. You didn't even bother to atleast wipe poop and vomit that she has on her body for the 24hr that she stayed there huh?

They are accommodating and friendly. They explained the situation of your pet well. Thank you for taking care of Tokyo. 😘
