Heart of Jesus Hospital

The nurses and doctors in the ER aren't accomodating. They dont speak friendly to thier patients and sometimes they're sarcastic when answering questions.

Have had 2 unfortunate incidents with this facility. One with my dad who was in critical condition. We ended up transferring him ourselves to a different facility because of their lack of sense of urgency, all they care about is your “Bill”. Did not even facilitate with the transfer, which ended up with NO vital information transferred to the receiving facility, looked for nurses and ambulance ourselves for the transfer, and cost us more for the tests that the receiving facility had to redo due to the failure of staff to provide us with copies of these tests. There’s a very very poor communication amongst staff, incorrect interpretation of diagnostic tests, unprofessional staff(most of them), overpriced medications, and some other concerns that truly violates the Bill of Patients’ Rights. If I can rate lower than one, I would. Good facility with the worst service EVER! Hope the DOH looks into the kind of service this facility offers to the people. Very disappointing.

Very Hospitable Nurse and Dr. Bcoz it's Hospital. ^_^

Had my grandmother admitted here. Slow nurses and doctors. Papetiks petiks even mesothelioma patients. Not recommended. You really die by the patient.

Is it a nurse in the ER? They are accommodating but have a service.
