Bad experience with the crew! We ordered a cabinet and vanity mirror and the crew assured us that it will be delivered and assembled exactly 1 week from the date of purchase (not later than sunset - very specific commitment). There's 1 week leeway and I think that's more than enough. Here comes next week, I rung up their customer service as advised early in the morning around 9am and no one is answering the call. After numerous calls, someone answered and I told her about my item. However, she doesn't even know about the item and no one has told her. Apparently, they're not communicating inside. She said that she'll look up into the matter. A few hours later, the delivery team arrived with our item. Good news! I called customer service again regarding the assembly and she committed that the assembly crew will arrive not later than 5pm. Hours past and still none has arrived. We waited until 7pm which is sad and disappointing. The assembly crew suddenly texted us and to our disappointment, they can't commit to what time they'll arrive. We decided to go directly to the shop and confront customer service, which is a huge "perwisyo". Kailangan pa namin silang puntahan para mag followup. After berrating them about their failed commitment, they assured us that the assembly crew will arrive at 8pm. We met the crew and apparently, no one has told them about the schedule of assembly at our house. Bottom line is, the crew whom we first talked to didn't relay his commitment to his superior. The relaying of information is nonexistent! From all the people I talked to in this endeavor, I think not even one is telling the truth!
