POOR Customer service. Very inconsiderate, to think it's all your fault. Wont recommend to friends and relatives esp around orion. Before the bad experience, we're planning to get more cause of ongoing house renovation and my sibling's building contract business yet with this bad incident just nevermind. You're employees especially those frontliners who are assisting the customers will make your business go down. Have them some trainings how to handle and address the needs of the client.
