Hi there, I purchased a package for cake delivery for my sister's birthday on November 6, tru iremit tied up here in Canada unfortunately the red ribbon at Balanga Bataan branch called and said that they are not able to deliver it and they want my mother to pick it up. I paid for the package with DELIVERY I am very disappointed because the planned surprise is now messed up. Please do not advertise free delivery when not all stores are capable of doing so. It's just 10 minutes drive from the store to my house. Thanks.
