I hope the management can teach a little bit of courteousness to their costumer service employees . A smile can ease the waiting time of your costumers. Please advice your employees to leave anything that's going at home . Stop whatever she is doing and ask the costumer if she help . You earn money from your costumers . In banking , courtesy is the best policy.

0 star! terribly bad customer service! They have limited chairs for all the customers who are waiting. I feel bad, especially for the elderly customers , who had to stand up for a long time. Please give more consideration to your customers.
