CitiHardware Batangas

I was disappointed with the way a staff handled his customers. We were there to take photos of products so we can show them to my father for options to choose from. We didn't know that it is forbidden. We understand that part because it's their policy. However, it's really sad to know how that particular male staff approach us and speak as if we were being accused of capturing photos to use it for illegal purposes. 😔 I explained why we took as many photos as we could have. And He responded with, " ...mukha naman po kayong sincere sa sinasabi niyo." We were in a scenario of being interrogated as if we were criminals. We then deleted all the photos to settle the concern. I respect their policy and I apologize for we were unaware of it. I just hope that the next time that staff will forbid customers to do something as part of company's policy, his approach will be to ask what the customers need, how can he help the customers with their need, tell the customers what policy they are violating, and then what options can he suggest to accommodate the customers' needs without violating the company policy. He could have learned more about customer service...or else he will continue to drive away potential customers. My rating is given specifically for that staff because of this particular experience we had with him during our visit in CitiHardware Batangas. Thanks.
