Worst medical staff I have come to interact with. No work ethics! They are simply ignorant of the proper health care.

Limited set of trays and chinaware. Ratio is 1:1 according to retrieving staff. No consideration for patients to be able to eat when feeling well. Staff requires patients to have eaten breakfast by 7am even if patient is still asleep or unwell. Same goes for lunch and dinner. Suite room is big but sink is clogged, CR is grimy, maintenance is inefficient and nurses seem to be not in their element even at the start of the shift. My son's IV usually sucks the blood upwards instead of supplying dextrose to his veins since the nurses usually fail to check and monitor whether the supply is already empty. Phone has access to local calls but we would appreciate intercom service better so we can call the nurse during emergency situations. The phone and the bed are also set up far apart from each other, therefore lessening patient convenience. Do not get confined here alone or with only one caregiver since there's no nurse call button by the bed or inside the restroom. 2 stars: 1 star for food's taste and the quick lab results 1 star for the spacious room with one extra bed for caregiver, 3 couches and a coffee table for visitors, 1 monobloc chair and table for dining
