I don’t think they have a proper customer service , their body gestures shows a lot ! Poor service

No good communication with the doctor .. I had a bad experience as its my first time and i feel nervous but still trusting dentists but for my first time i feel very dissapointed witht the dentist. As i was only hoping for check-up and prescriptions but what i only learned from her was like someone is scolding you.. no good communication with the patient .. and i think its because its only 250 for check up it doesnt mean you have to treat someone like only for 250...and lastly i didnt said anything dirty word from her but she just chased me outside the door and shouted ( buang !!!) Or insane is that an educated doctor??? I mean im the patient your the one who should bare with the patients and we dont need to adjust wit you just because ur the doctor.. i never encountered any doctors communicating with patients like that... even in public doctors .. and you never ask first before taking any actions to my tooth.. POOR SERVICE
