San Roque Barangay Hall

There is no comprehensive plans on how to handle flock of people lining up around the hall. There is no good interpersonal communications plus poor understanding and help from "some workers" and i recommend to improve even a bit. Please elongate patience because not all people are the same as your understanding of the concept you are packed up. Help instead, no need to shout when explaining because not everyone can tolerate and take it as "normal talk/explanation" which leads to misunderstanding. My concern is based on my experience and these are just my suggestions for improvement. I seem want to object how you're handeling but i understand you're situation which is you are serving quite some people. Please don't take this personally. This is just a rationale
