This funeral homes makes us wait pass the hour time window provided to us and worst the facility where the remain will stay is to dirty not even the corridors and there is no way for you to feel comfortable with the soroundings as it is to dirty all over the place plus no one will attend their customers needs in short no customer service at all instead they will let you wait till they decide when they will decide to to their job...I was so disappointed I wish I never did bite their offers before as it wall all a lie!!!
