Hamilton Business Inn

Hotel is simple and affordable. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Rooms, however, needs maintenance, cleanliness and fixing. I can see the facilities were once very nice and classy. But lack of maintenance caused some of them to be broken and not functional. But I love the location of the place since it is near the airport and near a mall.

No amenities at all with bad service, unclean rooms, broken aircon, dirty pillows/bed sheets/ curtains, dusty television and side tables. Floors are not mopped from the hallway up to the room/bathroom. Towels are used as floor mat, while the folded towel was very rough. Please keep your rooms presentable and comfortable for guests to stay! There are more things to rant about. Just save your money and go to other hotels nearby.

Hotel Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Hotel rates are affordable. However, rooms are not that clean.

Nice location....close to KCC mall

The place is good its a walking distance to kcc mall de zamboanga..cheap but a bit old building..
