Affordable place, no food or canteen, no hot shower

Here is where I usually stay whenever I travel to Zamboanga City. Located along Governor Camins Avenue and is approximately 1 kilometer from the airport. Low cost rooms are just fine for sleep overs, with 14" CRT TV (I don't watch so I don't know if its good for viewing) and air conditioning unit. Rooms are a bit old which I think needs a little maintenance. Cellular signal is weak inside the ground floor rooms but very good if you're checked in on the second floor. And because Zamboanga airport is just across the street, you will definitely hear the zooming sound of the airplanes' turbofan engine especially during take off. Overall, I will still go this place to stay for the night whenever I'm in Zamboanga, and I will definitely recommend it to someone who's looking for a low cost lodge.

A clean small lodge with a very conviniently cheap price for one who wants a place to rest. No restaurant though. However, many restaurants are within walking distance from the place. Even the airport is within walking distance. Very nice and friendly staff. For those who enjoy nightlife, SPAs, bars and nighclubs are within walking distance too.

Oh no. Ants everywhere in my room. The place is old too. The TV is not functioning well. The lobby smells cigarette smoke. The staff is unapproachable. They also require 300-peso deposit which is okay for me but I just wanna tell you about it before trying to check in. Anyway, the airconditioner is very good! It's small but cold. Nice. No hot and cold shower so good luck.

Top 10 Reasons Why You Shouldn’t Stay Here: 1 - I don’t usually write a hotel review. I am writing one as a service to you. This should come as your warning. 2 - They don’t provide tissue paper. No shampoo. 3 - There is no mirror in the toilet. 4 - The toilet bowl has no seat. If you need to seat on it, you have to put tissue you have to get somewhere else so you won’t have to sit on the pee. 5 - No hot shower. 6 - TV signal looks like it has been stolen from its neighbor hotel. 7 - Aircon is leaking water in the bed. 8 - Even though it is near KCC Mall and cheap massage places, there are plenty of hotels beside it which I hoped I got instead of this. 9 - Faucet drainage is not draining well. 10. Toilet bowl is not flushing well. Thank you!
