Got ripped of, "official advisers" (they even have ID's) told me that the next ship is leaving in 5 minutes, so they made me hurry up and asked me for to much money, and in the end, before entering, asked for tip (which I luckily didn't give them). Inside I realised I had to wait more than ONE HOUR for my ferry. So if you're there, ignore those "guides" and follow the signs. They even got me the ticket to the wrong port. So if you're there, relax and just follow the signs. Keep calm and buy the ticket to the right port. Keep in mind that you need to pay the terminal fee in addition on another counter. Hope this comment helps many people to not get ripped of by those criminals. (this happened at terminal 3, I'll post it on the other terminals as well so everybody going there will see it for sure)

Passenger Terminal to Puerto Galera. The services in this terminal are getting better and they are doing their very best for the passengers convenient. I have been there twice.

Terminal is under repairs... sidewalk and walkways are wheelchair accessible but VERY HARD TO WHEEL THINGS because ramps are too narrow and too steep :( *The only time I have seen this business pass out the safety flotation devices! (June 8, 2018) Update: Sept 2019 Con: sidewalk and ramps still narrow and/or not connected. Pro: free tissue for ladies CR
