It's better than most city terminals I have been. It has pasalubong center and food stalls. It has baggage scanner at the entrance. It is systematic that makes foreign travellers need not to ask where to go and what to do. However the only concern is their comfort rooms. Their toilet bowls are all broken and need to be replaced. It's not usable. Still, it deserves a 5 stars.

A good terminal for travellers while waiting for departures and arrivals, they have some souvenir shops, restaurants and fast foods inside the terminals, very safety due to thorough scan upon entry, ticketing, and package booth were organised, the place is generally safe.

The terminal is kind enough to accommodate passengers going in/out the city. You can eat/buy foods, drinks... Satisfy your cravings 'coz there are some mini-stores (stalls, booth, stands, etc.) inside but if you're not contented... W'll, you can cross the road get inside to the nearest mall (SM LEGAZPI) while waiting for your departure... There are comfort room for both genders (but need some improvement...)
