This is the BEST gym and fitness center in all of Bicol. Membership is not as cheap than most but only because it offers the largest range of services. They have showers, saunas, and yoga classes for all levels. they also have some Muay Thai and Boxing that I enjoyed. They had loads more. Check and visit their Facebook. Info will be there.

+they open at 6:00 +easy access +they have two showers, fair number of lockers, and a sauna +number of courses and sessions -not much of good equipment -tiny place, don’t think it will be comfortable to walk around at peak hours. -they dont have hourly payment you got to pay 400 pesos for a whole day.
