UNIVERSITY OF SANTO TOMAS - LEGAZPI HOSPITAL

Last Thursday, Feb 27, 2020, my friend was rushed to the ER of UST-Legazpi Hospital at 3:00 am. She slipped on the floor and hit her head. The hospital staff readily attended to us. The doctor, the nurses, the radiologist, and cashier were all in their stations, thus we did not encounter any delay. The patient went through the whole medical process smoothly. Furthermore, when I asked if we could pick-up the official x-ray result earlier than usual because we were transients, the Radiology Unit prioritized us. Thank you all for your efficiency, we were able to continue with our group tour in Bicol.

I have fully recovered from my illness and my visit was made to be very pleasant. Your hospital procedures in place is excellent and by far more efficient than my own country. Highly recommend to all foreigners and local residents.

Updated hardware and diagnostic Tools BUT their nursing staff is absolutely underpaid

Good service of the medical staff but bad attitude of the secretary on the clinic of the doctors... the secretary wont give you extra help beyond HER job.
