They are not transparent with their client being serve! In the step 1, they should tell their clients if there's a missing requirements. What is the use of the evaluation process if they can't evaluate the requirements of a clients? They sucks, they can;t even help a person. Tinagurian pa silang social welfare ee, kung anu anu naman ang hinihingi na requirements!

Mam / Sir, just asking if a Senior citizen has an allowance as a senior from abroad he is no longer a member of SAP as I understand that they are especially involved when there is no pension from SSS or GSIS.
