I just got Barbie back after 7 days of confinement, I kept on asking the assistants why Barbie has a wound near her eye, and they said that she kept on rubbing her face on the cage. But when I got home and checked on the wound, it was a deep bleeding wound caused by hitting with a hard object. You are supposed to take care and never hurt our pets. How could you do this to my husky? And now, she can’t even sleep peacefully because of the wound.

Poor cleanliness my 8 week old black lab contracted parvovirus in their office. When addressed to management they denied and insisted they clean always. But when my dog was positive for rap it parvovirus test they where still bright ginger other dogs into the same exam space with zero cleaning or protection for other animals. 30 year in healthcare and I have never seen such an irresponsible clinic in exposing animals to death. My recommendation is have a vet come to your home and ensure the providers leave shoes outdoors and wash their hands completely prior to touching your animals. Heart broken with our loss last year and 16000 down the drain by poor veterinary medicine.

I wish I read all the reviews before bringing my dogs to this office! I brought my 4 shih tzu for grooming. They were all fine, in good health, active, and all responsive. The only problem is their matted fur. After couple of days, one of my dog was drooling and she's not eating. She also started vomiting. I called our local veterinarian and he confirmed it's parvo. Then she died after 2 days. Another shih tzu followed, and then one of my mini pin showed the symptom since I let her play with the shih tzu that I brought in your office. My 2 older shih tzu were fine. Then that's it, another dog died! Thank you so much Albay Pet Care for mixing my dog with the infected dogs! NOT ALL DOGS HAVE SHOT! YOUR OFFICE MUST HAVE A GOOD AND CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT TO AVOID THE SPREAD OF THE VIRUS!!! I am so heartbroken because I have to bury my own dog and top of that, my father passed away at the same time that my dogs were suffering. Please note that my dogs don't play/meet with other dogs! I kept them all indoors and we walk them inside our compound only! It's the sanitation of your office that is the problem!
