AMA Computer College-legazpi

They gave me a hard time acquiring a copy of my transcript because they need my form 137, which I submitted upon enrollment years ago. It was fishy, so I tried to find out the truth. And guess what, their previous registrar lost my form 137. The worst thing about it? They tried to hold my transcript (and basically gave me a hard time) because (yeah) one of their previous staff lost my form 137. How irresponsible can they be? The current registrar even confronted me that they were NOT trying to hold my transcript and I retaliated because that was basically what they were doing. How can they pass the burden to someone, who's done her best to submit the required docs, when in the first place it was their fault? If only there is a "No Star" here, I would have given them that rating. UPDATE: I reported the incident via CHED's hotline and I was told that the school does not have any right to hold my documents especially when it was recorded that I have already submitted the said documents. What the personnel from CHED did was email AMA Legazpi about the incident. After a couple of days, the current registrar of AMA Legazpi informed me that my transcript will be prepared with the correct remarks. If I had not called the right people and asked for help, the school would never have released my transcript.

Worthless! I couldn't find a picture or even an image of a proud school.
