One of the most famous mall in Legazpi and the earliest one to stand out. There are still lots of people visiting and patriotizing here even though they might feel a little squeeze for competition from other mall, esp the newly built SM and Ayala Malls. Usually expensive but they can also offer great deals and discounts from time to time. Negative point was that their arcade studio is not maintained too often and you'll see faulty gaming machine there, so yeah.

Conveniently located. Offers a great selection of products. The transition of products from isle to isle is better. We buy our groceries here and what we do is, we would start from the leftmost aisles then on to the others. This way, there'd be no way to miss anything from our list and we don't have to go back and forth to grab items.
