The airport is small but it is organized and very clean, the parking is large, safe and organized as well, it is even better compared to some small international airports. Departure area is fronting the full view of the majestic mayon volcano that during good weather you can take some photos of the beautiful view. The crews were very professional and helpful...

I went to PAL in Legazpi Airport to personally rebook my flight. The security guards are nice and very approachable. The rebooking went smoothly. The employees are nice and very knowledgeable. The office itself is nice, airconditioned, and there are a lot of comfy seats for their clients.
