Interior needs improvement, specifically the arrangement of the tables and the comfort room. Food is good as usually.
Dined yesterday and ordered nanking beef, rice and wanton. They were only allowing 19 customers at a time due to the quarantine. The food was not served hot and the wanton is rubbery. I even saw one of its crew sitting in one of the vacant table picking his nose. It was so disgusting. Because i am hungry, i ate quietly while saying to myself i will not go back here. I asked for the manager and a feedback form. After i placed my rating and comment the manager came. Martin was polite and apologized and offered to reimbursement what i paid but not is not the point. I left dis satisfied and disappointed as NorthPark is one of my go to resto.
Food was great and staff were friendly. Ambiance and cleanliness are average.
I ordered the dry aniseed beef tendon Hong Kong noodles, I like the noodles and the soup taste good. Its just that the portion is a bit too big
The food was still ok but I noticed a difference in quality from the original one in SanJuan. It is trully difficult to maintain quality when you're adding branches
