▪︎Should improve sense of urgency ▪︎Should Value more their customers & patients ▪︎Need improvement on their system specially now in pandemic situation particularly when they are on break time or lunch, they should have cut-off & inform the customer prior to cut off in order to avoid waiting long hours at the clinic ▪︎better to have a numbering system aside from logbook by giving card number to customer ▪︎ Should have visual info who are on-duty Veterinary doctor available ☆Hopefully this serve as an improvement of the clinic to avoid disappointment and for all customers satisfaction.
