Today was the worst experience we had from iTravel iLearn E-tours. We booked their bus service for a preschool field trip and we were sent buses with broken seats, dilapidated arm rest and poor airconditioning. It was way different from the photos they sent when we were inquiring. The worst part was the rude and impatient driver, shouting bad words with kids as passengers in the bus. Very unprofessional and it was really a waste of money for the poor service they had provided. I will never recommend this tourist bus service. We really felt deceived.
