Security has lapses.... Just an advice.. Have number card for those who has to enter the area... Make it color coded... Green for patient, blue for cashier, red for billing... Etc... So that you have to know where people are going... And how many visitors you have...!

Holding patients that cannot pay not accepting letter of recommendation /financial assistance from senate because they said they need cash. Not accepting promisorry note. Not sure but according to R. A. 9439 "An act prohibiting the detention of patients in hospitals and medical clinics on grounds of nonpayment of hospital bills or medical expenses".

They do swab testing for covid 19 but you have to pay full cost since they are not DOH accredited so Philhealth share is not deductible. Test results are available on time, but you have to either wait or come back for it. They do not email results nor have online site to view it.

Gave birth in this hospital and the experience was very smooth. Facilities are fairly new and there are enough medical staff to cover the operation. Although we took a private room, we were able to see the ward because that was where I was induced. It was not crowded at all, having only 3 occupied places. Price wise, not bad for a private hospital.

Staff from the Emergency Room doesn't seem to care at all. I accompanied my sister earlier due to hives on her skin. First, the guard did not open the door of our car, or even the door to the emergency room. Second, when we entered the emergency room the staff were seem to be unobliging and were forced to work on a holiday. My sister told them that she started to have those hives earlier today, and showed the upper part of her chest. They did not check the rash, or even cared to ask further questions. Lastly, about 1 hour after the injection, one staff entered and without saying anything just reached for my sister's hand and started applying alcohol. I stood up to check what he is doing, and one of the other nurse entered as well. "P're wala pang kanin eh," the nurse who is removing the heplock on my sister's hands said. "Oo nga e. Ako na d'yan." After painfully removing it, the staff said "Tara na po sa front desk, may pipirmahan lang po kayo tapos pwede nang umalis." My sister responded, "Teka, nahihilo pa ako." So, we went home without a diagnosis on what really caused the allergies. We were advised to seek help from another clinic for us to know. We left, and my sister said to the nurse that we'll just transfer to another hospital due to apathy. One of the staff answered "OK" in a condescending manner. Definitely will never come back to that hospital. They don't even deserve one star from me. Hahaha.
