Mt. Apo Wellness Spa

We made reservations for 10 p.m.. When we arrived, they told us that our reservation was cancelled by one of their therapists named 'Green'. They didn't call us earlier to confirm our reservation. They just cancelled it and they weren't sorry for it. We knew the the therapists by name and we were regular customers. (Keyword: Were - past tense) It's a shame. They do have friendly therapists, but screwing up reservations like that is inexcusable. Like they said: "It takes years to win a customer and only seconds to lose one." Personally, I will never go back to this establishment. TLDR: It sucks.

A relaxing place after a hard work.

I asked for a female thera and they gave me a 100% male looking female thera - which is a lesbia. They are rude. I escalated this matter to their Facebook page but they declined to give feedback and blocked me. Please do not try to go to this spa as they would make your day worst.
