One of the worst Airport. No Grab/ Uber available and allowed as per Airport management, said by a staff. Only Airport Taxi and its on fix rate not metered.

If you are going to US, there is one more security check. If you buy duty-free wine or water... must finish it or throw it before entering your gate. Security was set up without notice.

Just a terrible airport for transfer flights. The system is an anarchic joke. Expect to miss your flight, unless you've budgeted 4+ hours, in which case expect to stand in multiple lines for hours. The people are nice, but it doesn't make up for how effed up this airport is.

Worst airport ever. No clear direction of where to go. One agent to the next has something different to say or do. No one can get their stories straight. Avoid this place like the plague. The staff is horribly mean. They are not trained properly. Seriously this place is a disaster. 5 hours for a transfer AND they lost our luggage in the process. Every day her is like a brand new airport and everyone is relearning what to do. Do not come here ever! Avoid this city and or country if you have to.

Naia terminal 2 is one of the worst airports i have seen. I don't mind the multiple security checks, I went through at least 4. The airport gate area does not have a central departure monitor to see which gate your flight is departing from. You need to walk past the gates until you find the gate your flight is leaving from. To find any kind of information boot to ask is very unlikely. Gates are sometimes labeled wrong. In general the airport does not have direction signs that can be found easily. One time when I landed I had to wait for my checked luggage for over 4 hours.
