Five Star Cargo Shipping patron here. The services is great as they were able to send and receive our parcels and carton boxes (Nueva Ècija to Pasay) safe and intact in a very affordable fees.

Their service WAS the best, but it's getting worst every time. Good points: 1. The A/C can be controlled, unlike Victory Liner. 2. Drivers and their assistants are well mannered and are friendly (most of them, but not all). Bad-side: 1. Their speakers are loud. We do not take long bus rides to have a movie marathon. As much as possible we want to have a good sleep especially when we travel at night. I asked a bus assistant twice to at least lower the volume, but he did not care at all. It's past 12 MN and the TV is still on. 2. Staff in the counter, are not helpful. You don't get answers from them, so don't bother asking them anything.

My grandmother lost her baggage during her trips (conductor dropped the baggage at wrong passenger) and the conductor has so many alibis instead of admitting that it was his fault. He even wanted to get the half of the money to be paid to my grandmother because he found the baggage. 1 star for Five Star Bus Co.
