Oyster Plaza Hotel

The coordination between Oyster Plaza Hotel and Agoda is terrible. Before posting details regarding CHECK IN/CHECK OUT, make sure its accurate because it makes the client confused. In Agoda, they post 12 noon CHECK IN, but when i ask the receptionist of Oyster Plaza Hotel, they said 2PM. My first time to book in Agoda and check in in this Hotel but the experience is not so good.

At first couple stays basic rooms and not much to praise about. During Covid they booked for Quarantine Hotel and after I researched them they were not. It took many of e-mails evading the question from them before pinning them down for a NO answer.But did they charge my card of course!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would they refund????????????? Hell No ! Foreigners This one is a scam!
