CMG collected my boxes on Feb 25, 2020 to be moved from Dubai, UAE to Cavite, Philippines. But the boxes are still not delivered until now (12/10/2020). And to this date, it is still vague when will I be able to receive my boxes. This is the worst forwarding company I’ve encountered my whole life!

My mom's boxes were picked up from her in February 2020 ... yet until today (June 28) we have not received the boxes. As per CMG tracking, the boxes arrive at port of Manila since April 22 ... and the boxes are still there as per the update we received from CMG dated June 22. It's been more than 60 days now in Manila and still they don't give any assurance as to when the boxes will be delivered. Very poor service from CMG. This is the very last time we will transact with CMG. You don't even deserve a single star.

It’s almost 4 months now.!! And still we keep on waiting our boxes until at this moment. We keep on updating them. But until now our box is not yet delivered. They told me this week or 2 weeks but I doubt that our box will not come of any of this weeks. I will not recommend this cargo to anyone. Please Read comment and look there rates if is good or bad. It help you to decide if you can trust this kind of company.

CMG CARGO giving me so much headache and stress. They picked up my box on January 6, 2020 and up to now April 14, 2020 i have not receive my box still. Once i call them always different status have been told to me. They are not accurate on giving details and status. Now their not even operating because of the COVID-19, while other Cargo companies like Makati Express, LBC, Pinas Cargo Express are still doing their best to deliver their boxes even there are so many delays. CMG everything is poor.

Dear cmg, i’ve been following up my 2boxes of sea cargo picked up since January 5, 2020 from Abu dhabi uae. Last message from the tracking is arrival in Manila Port Feb 20. Until today, 8 March we still havent receive the boxes in Legazpi City Bicol. Please update us or provide your active contact number in Manila. I was really disappointed in the service.
