Lakbay Museo

It is a very good place for school field trips because it promotes the Philippines. You can experience the whole Philippines in a few hours, they have different kinds of activities inside you can eat different kinds of food from the provinces and watch the dances from different regions and their products. It is very educational. The place is big that can accommodate big crowds. It's a bit pricey for walk in customers but I think they give discounts for school tours. They also have souvenir shop that carries all the products of the provinces.

It seems to me that it’s a good place to see a lot of Philippine culture altogether but at the same time it also feels that it’s totally created for photo ops. The great point is that it is interactive but it doe snot present a lot of opportunities to be educational because if you were a foreigner, the most learning you can get is from the labels of various things you would see, but you won’t necessarily remember those names and especially without explanations. It’s a good experience though just to see all those things together in one place and also that there’s opportunities to try local food. The local wines corner is great.

When you go to Lakbay Museo, it feels like you are in the different places of the Philippines. I can say that our 599.00(school discount) & a 2-hour tour at the Lakbay Museo was fun & amazing because aside that you are enjoying in every corner of the Museo, you will feel that you are very much welcome inside, because of the staffs that very accommodating & "friendly" to their other sari-sari store/carenderias. It looks like their foods are delicious too. Also the performers who dance at the stage, they danced folk dance they are all amazing & talented. They even getting some of the audience which is my classmates to get along & to dance with them at the stage. Hoping to go back in Lakbay Museo, with my whole family. A really cool way to get a glimpse of the Philippines culture and natural wonders. Great to teach kids about different regions and for tourists too before going to the actual place. Enjoyed the cultural shows.

If you're looking for something new that is worth the hype, Lakbay Museo is a place where you can enjoy lots of things such as local foods/cuisines here in Philippines and how amazing our culture is. As you enter the place, you'll feel the warm welcome of the staffs which Filipinos are known for being hospitable. Besides to it's eye-catching theme, the ambiance is really good and I'm pretty sure that people would love to take some shots in every corner of this museo. To it's price, i can say that it is very worthy and especially the experience to be in this place is so priceless.
