Hindi tapos mag massage yung therapist na si Reslyn. ***REPLY OF GALVANIC SPA*** Have investigated yr accusations. As per the therapist assigned to you, the massage was completed for one hour based on our clock inside the massage room. Maybe , you didnt notice that its already one hour since you were sleeping. Was calling your celnumber 3x but just ringing. As per our policy, we normally follow the watch insde the massage room. *** MY RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY*** What do you expect from your therapist? That she'll tell the truth which could cost her job? Yes i checked the time in the room and noticed that my 1hr is consumed. That's why i got out even if I am still confused if the therapist is finished or not because I never felt that she massaged me in my head. If i'm sleeping though, isn't in your policy that clients should be waken up and offered with hot towel after the massage? She never did it. I just noticed that i've been idle for a while that's why i decided to stand up. Also, why is she in a hurry going home? She can't even spare a look to me nor wait for the 'TIP'? She also left her colleagues. Actually, my sister also had a bad experience with one of your therapist. And she said to me that you guys are never sorry to the complaints of your customers - which is true enough base on your response above. It's fine with us. keep your therapists and also my 1 star rating. We'll never comeback nor recommend your service. *** TIP *** IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO RELAX, I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE GOING TO THIS SPA. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BELOW SATISFACTORY.
