Takes good care of my furrbabies and is always helpful in emergencies. Dr. Pavino already did 3 operations on my dogs. They are all alive, happy and healthy now. ♥️♥️♥️

Took our puppy for her second anti-pest vaccine shot. Appreciate how they reminded me thru sMS that we needed to go back to have our Shih Tzu administered. They also somehow re-groomed our Bella by cutting her very sharp claws and trimmed her hair blocking her eyesight and bum - all at no cost. Well we did have her groomed on first visit, but still I felt like our pup is really being taken care of. Staff are approachable and the veterinarian as well. Recommended!

Been going to this shop for 10 years. Always great service, and Dr. Pavino and his family are very nice.

Just today our 2 months old puppy died, its been 2 days since he's not eating and vomiting a lot, yes its our fault to not to bring him to any vet immediately, but this Dr. Pavino could have just refuse the payment and just told us its too late to treat the pup as he knows hes goin to die this afternoon, and yet we pay an amount thats quite big as we are hoping we could save the pup's life. I wish he could just be honest not to accept the service as he probably been a vet for long time and knows only a miracle will save the pup. 2 of my kids are just studying at public school, the amount we paid could have been much useful specially that we are having financial problem for about a year now.

The clinic personnel, as well as Dr. Jessie Pavino has been accommodating. They saved our dog who has undergone emergency C-S.
