Pedervera Beach Resort

Place is good. Ambiance of the room is good. View of nature is good. The hired surfer instructors are excellent, polite and well experienced. The Tourist guide is well versed and very much knowledgeable...impressive and superb. We were the only guest that time, but the resort service is very poor. There is no coordination and communication continuity among staff. Service are delayed like, when we give time it was not followed come to think we are the ONLY guest check-in in the resort. Endorsements from one staff to another are not coordinated. Rating of customer service in the said resort is very poor. They don't know how to take good care of their guest. We didn't get the proper resort service for the amount we paid for....
