Cebu Pacific Air

I boarded Cebu Pacific bound for Manila last week. Boarding was scheduled at 8:15 AM but it was rescheduled as the aircraft hasn’t arrived Laguindingan Airport as of yet. Although we were 30 minutes late, everything went smooth from boarding until landing. En route, we were offered snacks and drinks for a reasonable price. Though it would have been better if it were offered for free. Lucky passengers got freebies for answering questions during a game. It was past 10:00 AM when we landed NAIA and just in time for our quick trip to the hotel. Less the traffic as it was during off-peak hours in Manila.

Always delayed. Its insane. Everytime? Seriously? Never ever again

Airport facilities and services needs improvements especially the comfort rooms which are not really comfortable at all with stinky odor. Flight always delayed.

First: Took over an hour to book a simple connecting flight Cagayan de Oro to Cebu to Hong Kong... kept getting apology pop-ups. Finally got a pop-up suggestion to use their web site99p rather than the mobile app I was on. That worked except the less expensive flight I was trying to book sold out and my cost was $300 more for the two tickets on a different flight. Luckily I bookrd my flight out of Hong Kong to thr U.S. for the next day. Second: The flight was scheduled to leave Cagayan at 11:40 but they boarded us early and the flight left at 11:10... so much for schedules. Could I assume all the booked passengers were accounted for? Glad I always target a two hour plus early arrival at an airport.
