Malaybalay City Bus Terminal

This is where we took our bus for Davao City. It is beside the public market. The whole place is well organized and clean.

Just the typical bus terminal. Buses do not have designated bays for a particular destination or for arrivals and departures. Ambulant vendors are also around the place although there were designated places for them to display. However, looks like the place is regularly cleaned, except for few litters i saw in the benches. The place is also well lighted. There were also LED Boards bearing information on the emergency hotline.

Amazing

Of all the bus terminals I've ever been to, this is the absolute worst when it comes to passenger rights. You can expect to be bumped and shoved out of the way when climbing on and disembarking from the bus. There are no lines, no seat guarantees, and apparently the bus companies and management take no measures to ensure that those who arrive early get the priority they deserve. It's much, much worse during the holiday season - you can wait an entire day and miss all the buses. I have been riding buses from here for over fifteen years, and so far there has been no improvement.
